Information collected through this website

This wind-down website does not offer user accounts, public submission forms, payment processing, or ecommerce. FlowLogic does not currently load advertising measurement or website analytics on these pages.

The site is hosted by Netlify. Like most website hosts, Netlify may process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as request, device, browser, network, and security information, under its privacy notice.

Information you send directly

If you email FlowLogic about an existing matter or a privacy request, FlowLogic may receive your email address and the information you include in your message. That information is used only to respond, maintain appropriate records, comply with legal obligations, or protect FlowLogic’s rights and systems.

FlowLogic does not sell personal information.

Information submitted before the wind-down

Before its public forms closed, FlowLogic may have received information through the Workflow Friction Check, the LeadSaver founding-access form, or direct communications. Depending on the interaction, that information may have included:

• Names, contact details, business information, and workflow descriptions.
• Phone-system details and LeadSaver application responses.
• Calculator assumptions, campaign attribution values, and related submission metadata.

Previously submitted information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to complete the wind-down, respond to requests, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, or protect FlowLogic’s rights. Information that is no longer needed may be deleted.

Service providers and security

Netlify, Microsoft, email providers, and other providers used when FlowLogic was operating may retain or process information under their own terms and privacy notices. FlowLogic uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information it retains, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may ask what information you previously submitted, request a correction or deletion, or raise another privacy question. Requests may be subject to legal obligations and legitimate recordkeeping requirements.
