Privacy Notice
Effective date: July 22, 2026
FlowLogic LLC respects your privacy. This notice explains what information we collect through flowlogic.studio, how we use it, which service providers help operate the site, and the choices available to you.
1. Information you provide
FlowLogic may receive information you voluntarily provide through a website form or when you contact us directly. Depending on how you interact with the site, this may include:
- Your name, business email address, business name, and type of business.
- Your current phone provider or phone system and the approximate timing before voicemail answers.
- The channels where you intend to publish a LeadSaver number.
- Calculator assumptions and results when you interact with the LeadSaver calculator. If you do not interact with the calculator, those calculator-value fields remain blank in the founding-access form submission.
- UTM campaign values, the landing-page URL, and the referring URL associated with a submitted LeadSaver founding-access application.
- Information you include in an email, phone call, or text message sent directly to FlowLogic.
The public LeadSaver founding-access form does not ask for the actual telephone number that would receive forwarded calls.
FlowLogic does not ask visitors through its current public forms for payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, health information, biometric data, or government-identification data. The website does not offer user accounts, payment processing, or ecommerce.
2. Information collected automatically
FlowLogic uses Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate website usage. Plausible is designed to provide aggregate analytics without cookies, cross-site tracking, or persistent visitor profiles.
The aggregate information available to FlowLogic may include pageviews, referral source, campaign parameters, device type, approximate geographic region, and custom interaction events. According to Plausible’s published practices, Plausible may process an IP address transiently to produce privacy-preserving metrics but does not retain the raw IP address.
FlowLogic uses custom events to measure actions such as:
- The calculator section being viewed.
- Interaction with the calculator.
- The founding-access section being viewed.
- A form being started.
- A submission being attempted.
- A submission succeeding or failing.
FlowLogic does not intentionally send names, email addresses, business names, phone numbers, or free-text form contents to Plausible.
3. Campaign attribution
Links from ads or other campaigns may contain standard campaign parameters, including utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, and utm_term.
These values may be stored with a submitted LeadSaver founding-access application so FlowLogic can understand which campaign led to the inquiry. Campaign data identifies the marketing source and does not necessarily identify the visitor personally.
4. How information is used
FlowLogic may use information collected through the site to:
- Respond to inquiries.
- Evaluate founding-access applications and contact applicants about LeadSaver.
- Determine technical compatibility.
- Improve the LeadSaver concept, website, forms, and calculator.
- Measure campaign and website performance.
- Prevent spam, fraud, abuse, or technical problems.
- Maintain business records.
- Comply with legal obligations.
- Protect FlowLogic’s rights and systems.
FlowLogic does not sell visitor information.
5. Service providers
FlowLogic relies on service providers to operate parts of the website and communications. Those providers may process information for FlowLogic under their own terms and privacy notices.
Netlify privacy notice
The website is hosted through Netlify. Netlify processes and stores submissions to the LeadSaver founding-access form and may filter submissions for spam. That form data can include personal information submitted by the visitor.
Plausible Analytics data policy
Plausible provides privacy-focused aggregate website analytics. Under FlowLogic’s current configuration, it is used without cookies or persistent visitor identifiers.
Microsoft Forms
The Workflow Friction Check is embedded from Microsoft Forms. Microsoft may process information a visitor submits through that form, along with technical information needed to provide the embedded form. Microsoft’s handling of that information is also governed by its applicable privacy terms.
Email and communications providers
Email, telephone, and messaging providers may process information when a visitor contacts FlowLogic directly.
6. Meta advertising measurement
FlowLogic uses the Meta Pixel only when a visitor chooses to allow advertising measurement. When enabled, Meta may receive information about page visits and the fact that a confirmed LeadSaver application occurred, along with device, browser, and network information.
FlowLogic does not intentionally send form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, business names, calculator inputs, or campaign parameters to Meta through this implementation. FlowLogic does not currently use Meta’s Conversions API.
You can review or change your choice at any time using the control in the footer.
Learn more in Meta’s Privacy Policy and manage available controls in Meta’s ad preferences.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
The current Plausible implementation does not use analytics cookies. If a visitor allows advertising measurement, the Meta Pixel may use cookies or similar technologies to measure page visits and a confirmed LeadSaver application. Meta does not load through FlowLogic’s consent control when advertising measurement is declined or has not been selected.
Normal website infrastructure may still use essential technical storage or network mechanisms required to deliver the site. Embedded third-party forms, videos, or widgets may also use their own technical mechanisms under the provider’s privacy notice.
FlowLogic will update this notice if its use of these technologies or related controls changes.
8. Data retention
FlowLogic keeps inquiry and application information for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate the inquiry, communicate with the applicant, maintain business records, improve the service, or meet legal obligations. FlowLogic may periodically delete submissions that are no longer needed.
Netlify stores LeadSaver form submissions. FlowLogic intends to review stored submissions and remove older submissions periodically when they are no longer needed for these purposes.
9. Data security
FlowLogic uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information collected. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Your choices and requests
You may contact FlowLogic to ask what information you submitted, request a correction, request deletion, or opt out of further LeadSaver-related communication. A deletion request may be subject to legal obligations and legitimate business-record requirements.
Email requests to hello@flowlogic.studio. FlowLogic will review and respond to requests in light of the information available and applicable requirements.
11. Children’s privacy
The FlowLogic website and LeadSaver are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. FlowLogic does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13.
12. External links
The website may link to or embed external services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and FlowLogic encourages visitors to review those notices when using an external service.
13. Changes to this notice
FlowLogic may update this notice as the website, LeadSaver, service providers, or legal requirements change. When the notice is updated, the effective date at the top of the page will also be updated.
